BROOKLYN BRIDGE DELI - FROM A SINGLE STORE TO A FRANCHISE

Darren Heath was born in NZ where he grew up in a rough neighbourhood and as soon as he was able to leave, he saw himself in New York working at a Deli. Years later, he had the opportunity to buy a shop front in Sydney CBD where he was able to start his first business: Brooklyn Bridge Deli.

Brooklyn Bridge Deli is an authentic New York style deli that captures the hearts and stomachs of many across Sydney.

It is now a staple across the Sydney CBD with 5 stores and more to come.
