2FOODIES - STORY BEHIND THE HEARTIEST VIETNAMESE PHO IN SYDNEY

Pete Nguyen came to Sydney as a refugee and always knew that one day he would run his own business. 2Foodies is an Vietnamese restaurant which has a cult like following with people travelling hours to get a bowl of Pho - a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup.

Pete only learnt how to cook Pho a few weeks before opening, from his mum. Pete now describes his pho as being a lot more richer and flavoursome that his mums.
